1. No Returns on Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services (such as 3D renderings, architectural designs, and consulting), we do not accept returns once work has commenced or final files have been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started and no significant work has been delivered.

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • There is a proven technical error on our part that prevents delivery of the agreed service.

3. Requesting a Refund

4. Chargebacks
