All content created by Korgzy Studio—including but not limited to CGI visuals, animations, renderings, scripts, designs, logos, and branding—is the intellectual property of Korgzy Studio or its licensors.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our content without prior written permission. Any client-approved work remains subject to agreed licensing and ownership terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Respond to communication and feedback requests in a timely manner
Make payments as agreed in project quotes or invoices
Respect any usage restrictions, licensing terms, or delivery timelines
You retain the rights to your own materials submitted to us, but you grant us the right to use those materials solely to perform the requested Services.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms will be clearly outlined in each project proposal or invoice. Korgzy Studio typically requires partial or full payment upfront depending on the scope of work.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis for delays or unsatisfactory outcomes, in accordance with the agreed project scope.
6. Revisions & Turnaround
Revisions are offered within reasonable limits based on the service tier or agreement. Excessive revisions, scope creep, or last-minute changes may incur additional charges and timeline extensions.
Estimated delivery times are approximations and subject to project complexity and client responsiveness.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality. Any proprietary information you share with us—such as internal documents, unreleased products, or trade secrets—will not be shared or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Korgzy Studio is not liable for:
Loss of profits, revenues, or data
Business interruptions
Damages arising from third-party platforms or tools used in delivering the Services
Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with written notice. You remain responsible for all payments due up to the date of termination. Korgzy Studio may withhold delivery of work until outstanding balances are cleared.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with the revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
